The vision of Redeemer is to make disciples one life at a time, which really means to follow in the footsteps of Jesus. Because that is what he did – make disciples with specific individuals during his ministry. Although there were times when Jesus taught people in a lecture format, most of his discipleship happened more informally in the normal routine of life. These are probably the same ways God will work in our lives towards spiritual maturity.
