Spiritual growth is the goal of every Christian and the mission of the church. Jesus formed a group of disciples who learned from him and went on to teach others as they spread the message of Jesus. We don’t grow when we are part of the crowd. We don’t grow in isolation. We need each other. One of the primary ways spiritual growth happens is in relationships with other Christians in small groups. Traditionally, small groups have taken the form of weekly home meetings. But this structure is not accessible to everyone, which is why we are introducing a new type of Discipleship Group (D-Group) in Redeemer.
