We are privileged to have Andrew Thomson from Church on Main in Cape Town, South Africa, ministering with the church. Andrew will be sharing a 4-part series called By Faith, based on Hebrews chapter 11.

Hebrews 11 is known as the faith chapter in the bible. It gives us a definition of faith and many examples of people who lived their lives by faith. This chapter teaches us that the Christian life is not a passive existence of waiting for heaven; it is an active trust in God and living for him. In this chapter, we meet people who have left their homes and travelled to foreign lands by faith, people who have cared for their children in challenging times by faith, people who endured hardship, abandoned lives of pleasure and power, marched around enemy strongholds – all by faith. May God help us to follow their example in the life of faith.
